Hi everyone,

I got a couple of questions about the AOS.

At first the I-693. I read it in the step by step guide. What is this about, where can I find it. I don't understand the Civil Surgeon part either. I had a full medical exam in my home country and the sealed envelop with all the information they took it at the airport? I don't know how to get any proof of vaccinations except for my vac. passport. Will this do?

Now on the I-485 it says adress C/O and after that street #. What do I write in the C/O box?

Is there anything special that I need to do that's not in the guide?

Thanks in advance

Love is patient and kind;

it is not jealous or conceited or proud;

love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;

love does not keep a record of wrongs;

love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth.

Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail.

Love is eternal.

Usually you have to have your vaccinations transcribed to the 693 (new medical exam not required for K-1 if you filed the AOS within the year of that K-1 medical) - some people have not sent 693's and had no issue, some have.

I am not sure if that vac. passport would be enough - you would have to ask your CS.

The C/O is used to address a letter when the letter must pass through an intermediary - you can leave that blank and fill in the other address if this does not pertain to you.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
