i got an RFE for my AOS and it was for a new whole medical exam, so i live somewhere in texas and i called all the doctors here for the price and how long it will take to get it done , so all of them are beteen 350$ and 400$ , then you have to come back 2 or 4 days after to get it done.

is it fair? is it right price? and i read here that all members paid between 120 and 180 dollars!!!!!!!!

whats that !!!!!!!!!!!!! i started to be crazy

There is no USCIS guidance on how much a CS can charge.

Best bet is to call around (you said you did) and perhaps try to make some sort of deal.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Rosie and I were LUCKY with hers and the Doctor didn't charge us anything only the cost of the two shots she got.

Now that she has been done they DROPPED the HPV shot so ..maybe we wasn't so lucky. Rosie had to get 2 of them.
