Hello,

I have seen this question asked before, but no adequate answer.

When you call the 1-800-375-5283 number it is a maze of menu options, none of which offer a live person, yet the message says a live person is available 8-5.

How does one get to a manu option to request a person? Do you just stay on the line and not push anything?

I can't figure this out and it is driving me nuts.

I do the option to request a form, in then I choose the option that I don't know what form I need, in then I get a live person!!! : )
