I had a 2000 Camry that we bought with 90k miles on it. It ran like it was brand new. Miss that car. :(

I miss ours too. :(

Well, my parents bought it so I do get to see it every now and again. It's just that I would much rather have the Camry than the Altima. No worries, though. The Altima doesn't know that it's about to be homeless. :secret:

I had one of these looks on my face  trying to reconcile the vision of driver's side doors bursting into flames.

Don't stare too much, just in case you're pyrokinetic and light the fire with your MIND!

As a side note, I'm quite amused that I misspelled pyrokinetic and my spell checker actually had it.

Montreal Interviewer: "What do you have in common with each other?"

Peachey: "We're REALLY weird."

Montreal Interviewer (incredulously to me): "Do you agree with that?"

<I think back to several days before the interview. Driving through the country, passing a field with cows...>

Peachey: "MOOOO! MOOOOO! Does this make me weird?"

Me: "No, well yes. Here, let me roll down the windows so they can hear you better!"

Peachey: "MOOOOO!!!!"

<back to interview>

Me: "Yes, yes I do."

There's still hope mrs. cat! Pictures of whale noises please! ;)

Back to my lil work cave.

It was silent last night, I think they've passed. Hopefully . . . . . I'll head down the hill tonight and see if there are any lingerers. :)

Happy second, second, third anniversary krikit!

Well either that car battery is stubborn or they recharged it enough for it to sound periodically last night (so my Husband told me). It woke me up at 6 - I thought it was the alarm clock.

I can get a pic of the car if anyone wants to see it

We just heard yesterday that Honda is having a massive recall as well. Something about the drivers side door and fires! :o

wow! at this rate, I won't have anything to drive when it's my turn to buy a vehicle. Wonder if there's a recall on 10 speeds...

I'm finally 20 in 2 weeks. Yay. :)

whooooo Happy early Birthday..

I'm finally 46 on Monday..

Happy early birthday Joyce & Bern!

Well the drug & fit test went okay this morning.. Went to HR.... I start March 1st unless I hear from them otherwise! YaY!!.... Crappy pay, crappy hours, long commute, but it's a job & full time & working with troubled young adults! :)

I'm still waiting to hear about another job, the woman said I will receive a phone call either way on Friday... Day hours + much better pay, short commute + working with adults with SMI..

The suspense is killin me!!! Either way I get to savour these next few weeks of unemployment... It's going to be a complete 180 after not being able to be apart of working world since September of last year!
