Interview went okay. Not great. Not terrible.

There were three interviewers, two ladies and a man. The man looked so unimpressed to be there. He just had this empty expression the whole time. The two ladies were furious note takers, and he just stared at me blankly while they were scribbling. It was very uncomfortable. He did write something down once, I took that as either a sign that what came out of my mouth was sheer brilliance or utter ####### and he wanted to recall what the 100% wrong answer sounded like.

According to the Georgia weather prognosticator of the groundhog variety, General Beauregard Lee, we're in for an early Spring. He failed to see his shadow this morning.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

I sure hope Beauregard is right. It sure is cold out here these days.

so for my "new to me" car I am thinking of getting either some kind of Honda or a Nissan altima... 1995 or newer...

definitely 4 door and it has to be automatic...

do you think I could find a good car at a dealer for around 3000 bucks?

I don't know too much about cars and prices and good deals, but I hope you find exactly what you need at a fair deal. I'm waiting until my GC comes, so I can change my license and get something for my self too. I've been thinking about a small truck or small SUV. ( if there is such a thing..) post a pic' of your new baby when you get it!

Thanks for the coffee Carla. =)

Congratz on the job Mal!

There's still hope mrs. cat! Pictures of whale noises please! ;)

Back to my lil work cave.

Montreal Interviewer: "What do you have in common with each other?"

Peachey: "We're REALLY weird."

Montreal Interviewer (incredulously to me): "Do you agree with that?"

<I think back to several days before the interview. Driving through the country, passing a field with cows...>

Peachey: "MOOOO! MOOOOO! Does this make me weird?"

Me: "No, well yes. Here, let me roll down the windows so they can hear you better!"

Peachey: "MOOOOO!!!!"

<back to interview>

Me: "Yes, yes I do."

Honda's pricing has more to do with their reputation than their product these days. You can find something cheaper for just as much value. My husband has an Altima. I do not like it. The Toyota Camry is awesome. And they'll be going for a song with this recall. Just don't buy the recalled versions. lol. We had a 2005 (which was replaced by the Altima <_< ) and I was really pleased with that car.
