My wife loves my eyebrows and was positive that I actually spent time manusculpting them. Truly though, I just pluck out scragglies with my fingernails...and that's it.

I don't think my brows are all that special, but hey...I don't have to look at them all day. If she likes 'em, great!

Yeah you know it's weird. Since I stopped going out to work, I don't wear mascara much, like sooo rarely. What I have found is that I have quite a few eyelashes that, up until now, have been MIA.

I mean I guess we all ponder what, if any, damage mascara does to our lashes, in my experience - quite a lot!

Mascara plays hell with lashes for sure.

If I rub my eyes when I wear mascara... quite a few lashes will fall out, its kind of gross.

So I just don't rub my eyes when I wear it, as opposed to not wearing it at all. Yay for skewed priorities.

My husband successfully renewed his CDL and his biometrics are finished (he was able to do a walk-in). Now we just need to get his passport issue taken care of and get the tags on the car renewed and then we can FINALLY relax for once.

08/25/06 - 08/08/07 - K1 timeframe from mailing the petition to the NSC to K1 approval at the Montréal Consulate

08/31/07 - Réjean makes the big move to the USA

09/22/07 - MARRIED!

10/09/07 - Réjean gets his SSN

Adjustment of status:

10/26/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP

11/23/07 - Biometrics appointment

12/14/07 - I-485 transferred to the California Service Center

12/28/07 - EAD approved!

01/07/08 - EAD received

02/08/08 - GREEN CARD APPROVED!!!!!!

02/16/08 - Green card received!

02/04/09 - Our best friends bail us out by giving us the money to file for the replacement green card!

02/12/09 - E-filed I-90 for the replacement green card along with the $370 filing fee (including biometrics)

We're hopefully going to get our certificate soon, then we need to ask my husband's dad if he can co-sponsor us, since he's jobless, boo.

Not really looking forward to that part, it's just a pain in the neck.

It feels weird to say "husband". I've been saying "fiance" for 3 years :lol:

Did you get the Wi Fit plus?? I love love the Rythem boxing on it...wow oh wow do I work up a sweat..first time I did it for the 30 minutes and was like...THAT wasn't so hard!! UNTIL I woke up the next day!! I could barely lift my arms to brush my hair!!! Now I have a 60 minute routine I try to do every other day...so much fun!!!
