Agreed!!!

Not a chance on that one! If so, then we, as a species, are pretty screwed, I'd say....

IMHO.

Thanks for the coffe, Carla...

Poor little dude -- that's the worst feeling eh? Hope it goes well for you all...

:)

Good morning! In about 20 minutes I have to take Gilbert to the vet. He's being neutered today and getting his microchip. I feel so bad as he's SO food driven and since we got up at 5 a.m. this morning he's not had any food or drink. He thinks I've forgotten! :(

Enjoy your day!

She's not the most popular on the show though.

I mean when her last album came out everyone made fun of it. Remember the video?? It was so funny, and then her on Miss Universe... all pathetic attempts to stay on top.

I think people love to watch her though because she's a bit of a train wreck. Her and Spencer Pratt are both super annoying... people love to hate them and that's what keeps them in the tabloids.

Now with her saying she loves plastic surgery, I mean look at us, we're talking about it. That's all she needs to keep the fire burning.

Oh and I love the hills. I agree it's totally stupid but I love it... no I don't think it's real, but I do find it funny.

Haha Exactly, seems they'll do anything to stay relatively famous. With that Hills show getting spanked by the Jersey Shore kids hopefully this will be the last thing that anyone cares about. Pretty soon she'll be on TMZ taking pictures of movie stars or something for money lol

As for the hills, can't say I've ever seen an episode but I'm guessing a 28 year old dude isn't their demo haha

Haha All someone has to do now is buy a Barbie Doll and take the clothes off, pretty much exactly what she looks like too. Heck the Barbie Doll is probably 35% less plastic Lol.

Good morning! Carla, Gilbert will be just fine! I had to take my pup Max for neutering and microchip last week, he did not like us AT ALL! The next day he was jumping and running around like nothing had ever happened! We got the "laser" which was $50 more expensive, but no stitches, instead GLUE! It's was soooo quiet in the house without him for those 6 hours that day! :(

Just posted 2 pictures of Max on the VJ Canada FB page!

Thanks for coffee! Gilbert is such a cutie-patootie! I had a daschund when I was a teen and they are so adorable.

Good morning everyone. :)

Awwww..

You'll be fine, Krikit but if I know you as I do, even as an online person, I'm sure that you're going to be SO missed...

:)

Awwwwww, thank you. :)

She told me she would miss me. :(

I drove by an old fella sitting in the sun on a bench yesterday. He was sleeping and I smiled. As I kept driving I thought "God, I HOPE he's just sleeping.... and not dead." He was gone when I came back. Just the things you think about when you live in Florida. lol

Thanks for the coffee, Carla - and I'm sure Gilbert will be fine. I know how hard it is to deprive them when they don't understand why :( . He'll be just fine though and will be happy to see you when you pick him up.

My poor Bear has had a traumatic few days. I noticed his tail was limp and dragging on the ground yesterday - normally he carries it arched over like a plume. When I petted him he always lifts his tail - except yesterday he couldn't! I took him to the vet and apparently the nerves at the base of the tail have been damaged by something like a 'pull' injury. The only thing I can think of is that his tail got caught underneath one of us while sleeping and he tried to pull it away and the damage was done. He has some minimal feeling at the tip, fortunately, because if he didn't then that would mean the nerves were so damaged they might not repair and the tail would have to be amputated. Now it is a wait and see to see if the damage will repair. The vet started him on prednisone to reduce the inflammation and said if he shows signs of response in his tail on the prednisone, then that is a really good prognosis that he will get some or all of his tail function back. So, this morning I was overjoyed to see that he can now lift his tail a little bit at the base - not a lot, but it is a definite lifting. Complete healing can take between 6 weeks to 6 months. Poor guy - he has the most beautiful tail imaginable and I would be heartbroken if we had to amputate it.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
