You know, I often wonder about how these foods are discovered. I mean, what the hell was someone thinking: "Yeah, I think I'm going to incorporate coagulated blood into my diet." And haggis... "Well, if we stuff a sheep's stomach full of oatmeal, maybe that will taste good..." Even cow's milk baffles me. "Well, my wife can feed her children with hers, sooo...I guess I'm going to try yanking the teats of that big animal over there and see how it tastes!"

I wonder how many people have died in the process of finding edible things...

I'm sure a few people tried eating weird things from animals way back when.

But yeah, I don't get why some foods are eaten.

Back in college, my teacher actually MADE haggis for a WEDDING! Ewwwwww. It looked disgusting when he was making it. I don't think I could ever try it.

OMG, my fiance and I were JUST talking about this yesterday, haha! We were having eggs for breakfast and I asked my fiance, "I wonder who decided to eat an egg?" and the conversation just sort of went from there. The weirdest one we could think of is cheese ... who the heck decided to let milk ferment and turn into cheese? Who decided to eat it? Especially some cheeses ... they reek! There's no way I would be trying them.

Haggis is disgusting and smells terrible. I am not a picky eater but there's no way I would eat that!
