I agree- Louis Vuitton bags are way overrated. Is it brown? I'm always seeing brown ones and I don't get the draw.

I'm a van of Coach, but that's tame compared to the prices of some other designer bags. There's a Coach outlet pretty close to here and if you're smart and watch the sales, you can get some nice bags for $150 or less.

My bag is a corduroy patchwork bag I bought at Kensington Market in T.O. I forget how much I paid for it, not much that's for sure and it's a one of a kind hand made sort of thing.

LV bags have always made me laugh. well, all those bags that ae like 100s and 100s of dollars. Why people, why??? I bought my first nice handbag about 3 years ago, a Roots Leather bag -- it was 200$. I bought it when i was made a permanent employee at the job i was contracting at. It was a welcome to adulthood thing.

I bought a new bag yesterday (as I gave all my stuff away moving here) and it was like 30bucks, canvas, totally cute and functional. Even that i was like... hmmmmm.... but that's just me.

but yeah, LV bags are also ugly as sin. really ugly.

cheap!! My next door single neighbor just spent $2000 on two pairs of SANDALS!!! Are u crazy!!! lol

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

I see the appeal in the LV bags. I don't own one, but I plan to in the future. I wouldn't get the brown logo print though, I plan to get a white/beige Daimier checkered print or the black epi leather. I think part of the appeal comes from the history and the craftsmanship of the designer. I mean the quality of a designer bag is definitely greater than a $30 bag. I am interested and appreciate the fashion design industry. I mean I would never ever spend money on concert tickets, it's just not my thing, but I would totally buy an LV bag and wouldn't think twice about it. Everyone has different priorities so whatever floats their boat, ya know?

Removing Conditions
