Woman denied refund for burger trashes a McDonald's

A McDonald's customer who didn't like her hamburger and did not get a refund threw a fit and caused several thousand dollars' damage at an outlet in Kansas City, Mo.

Security cameras captured the woman's Dec. 27 rampage, which included throwing a glass water dispenser over the counter, pushing three cash registers to the floor and throwing a sign, the Kansas City Star writes. She cursed and fled.

Employees had offered to replace her burger but she refused, demanding a refund instead.

I apologize for my mothers behavior, once she gets a burger in her system she looses control. My cousin the "Hamburgler" has a similar problem.

There are procedures to follow if she wanted to get a refund. If the McD's employee refuses, escalate it to the store owner. I'm sure the owner wouldn't have a problem. But, she is impatient and decides to ruin herself.

I've seen someone demand a manager a total of 3 times over a fish burger at a McDonalds. First time it wasnt hot enough, 2nd time something else was wrong, 3rd time something else was wrong. I made sure to complain loud enough to my fiance so she could hear it, "It's McDonalds, not a fancy restaurant."

it's easier to refund their $$$ ... give them a BOGO card or freebie card ... thank them for visiting .... and send them on their way.

this takes less time, effort, stress to simply be nice until they leave ... then you and the crew can say whatever you want amongst yourselves and have a good laugh.
