Hey guys...

I'm a little bit confused right now about this timelines on my profile.

How confident and official is that information about NOA2 approval?

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as November 1, 2006*. "

Few days ago it was November 8,day after November 9...

And btw,who gives that informations?

...Cause if my timeline's true,I'm happy.

If not,too bad too sad

The estimate is determined from information that other members have entered into their timelines. As more information is added (not all members include information for their timeline), the dates my change some. I have found the dates to be fairly close to the actual time it takes. Of course, every case is different so some my be shorter and others longer.

04-26-06 Interview APPROVED!!!!!!!

05-18-06 Eliana arrived in New York

07-22-06 Married in Las Vegas!!!!!

08-18-06 Biometrics Appointment (Completed)

10-06-06 AP Approved

10-11-06 AOS Approved (without interview)

10-20-06 Green Card Received!! Done until July 2008

01-27-07 Second Wedding (in Brazil)

I-751 Journey*

07-09-08 I-751 Sent to VSC

09-16-08 Biometrics Appointment (Completed)

02-25-09 Transferred to CSC

03-20-09 Approved (without interview)

03-27-09 Emily is born!!!

04-07-09 Green Card Received!!

It's probably due to the recent approvals and/or VJ members altering their timelines. Since VSV and CSC are now both approving petitions (thank goodness... keep it up CSC), you can expect your timeline to shorten considerably. YEAH! Your next....

True! Mine said Oct 27 at first then yesterday it said Oct 9...my petition was approved yesterday.

06/29/06: IMBRA RFE Received

07/28/06: NOA2 received in the mail!

10/06/06: Interview

02/12/07: Olga arrived

02/19/07: Marc and Olga marry

02/20/07: DISNEYLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

04/02/07: Notice of biometrics appointment

04/14/07: Biometrics appointment

07/10/07: AOS Interview - Passed.

Done with USCIS until 2009!

Mine said to expect an approval of my I-130 in May......

This is the end of July and there hasn't been one single update (touch) since the beginning of February.

So much for estimates :huh:

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived
