One more point - in order to keep your I130 and your daughter I130 together.

On I130 for, Under "D Other Information", section 1...

Add your daughter name on your I130.

Add your name on your daughter I130.

I did that for my parents, they were approved on same day.

she'll need a seperate I-130 (yer 16 year old lass )

You can make ONE filled out form , one page, for the G-325A, NOT SIGN IT, then make copies, sign the 4 copies in blue ink .

Good Luck !

I am confused, now. My husband is about to send out the package, today and last month I asked if I really needed four copies of the G325A. There, it said I didnt need four copies and that just one would be enough!!! Also, I couldnt find anything about four copies on the uscis site. Does anyone know?

So guys, just curiosity here... it doesn't matter what age is the daughter (under 18), you will always have to file two I-130? Either for K3 or Cr1?

true, but if the stepparent/stepchild relationship was created AFTER the child was 18, the USC in NOT eligible to petition for that child.
