I130 need a help

Hi you lovely guys

I am soooo glad this website is here, Just about to start our journey and the information here has been god sent... I am filling out out I130 for my husband to file in the States. I have all the documents just about, but on the G325 for do you fill out all 4 forms for each person. Also will my 16 year old daughter come under the same I130?

she'll need a seperate I-130 (yer 16 year old lass )

You can make ONE filled out form , one page, for the G-325A, NOT SIGN IT, then make copies, sign the 4 copies in blue ink .

She is my bialogical daughter. We are moving to the states. I thought it was a seperate I130 if she was 18 or over?

nope, if she was over 18 then you would have other possible issues.... seperate I-130 is needed for her

$355USD not £355 also needs to be drawn on a US bank

Yes, 2 seperate I-130's ..

tell yer USC Spouse, he'll need two seperate sets o docs for NVC processing, later.

view it as two seperate cases, one for you, one for yer daughter.

initial filing amounts - 355 x 2 , all in USD.

Two seperate petition filings, two seperate checks, but you can submit via one mailing envelope so they stay together.

Prepare each petition filing so they are individually complete and can "stand alone" (if accidentally seperated or are reviewed by two different people). Do not reference evidence included in one I-130 if it is also needed for the other one, simply provide copies of "common" evidence in each filing.

You might be thinking of the I-129F petition for a K-3/4 spousal/child visa that is one petition that covers both you and your child. Even if you went K-3/4 you still eventually need an I-130 for both parent and child(ren).

depending on how you time it, by a slight or significant margin ... CR1.... for a K-3/4 (I-129F) requires adjustment of status for each alien after you arrive to the tune of currently $1,010 EACH... So the CR-1 is a little more expensive on the frontside but you save a lot on the backside...

Yes i think the I130 would be the best route you get the whole package that way and cheaper in the long run .....
