Of the top 25 countries on the list only 2 failed to score 100% for freedom. Italy and The Land of the Free!

I think that's because the rest of the world doesn't want US style freedom. Heck, look how this country ended up because of it.

Danno come on. Does it not say something that to me the worst thing about the US is this ridiculous (anything goes) level of freedom.

No offense to anyone but people abroad living in first world countries laugh and mock slogans such as the land of the free. Allowing people to do anything they want and live without any consequences is not progress, it's stupidity. It's why people have the freedom to #### around, yet I am forced to take care of their child if they end up negligent parents. Where is my freedom? You may say, well I disagree with social services, so they should get nothing. Right? Wrong, unfortunately you will then pay for it in the form of crime and a broken down society; which is something that has already happened throughout America.

The US isn't as "free" as people make it out to be. The UK has CCTV surveillance and traffic speed cams (and of course guns are heavily restricted), but the US has, by far, a lot more silly finger-wagging laws. I've seen a guy arrested on a public street for vagrancy - with the "due cause" for the offence being nothing more than not wearing a shirt in public. And tickets for jaywalking? Are they even serious about that? Apparently they are...

What's your point exactly? That I have a difference of opinion to an idiot like yourself but am still here. Would your point change if I had moved back to Aus? No, as then you would claim why do I care, as you don't live here.

As pointed out to you before, the majority of us migrants are not here on a holiday. It took planning and time to get here, therefore, it takes planning and time to move back.
