I'm sure this question has been asked before, but my search found nothing helpful, so here I go.

On the G-325A on the bottom left side it says: This form is submitted in connection with an application for:

Naturalization

Status as Permanent Resident

Other (specify)

I'm pretty sure we should check Other, but then what do I specify? I know on the example form on here it says type if K-1 (or other visa name).

What do we write for DCF? Do we just write DCF or do we write IR-1/CR-1???

I would write IR-1/CR-1 (if that is what your doing).

Yes - the new form only has 1 page - however, several calls to USCIS gave conflicting info - so just send in 4. (like the old one).

Yeah, we're applying DCF in person in São Paulo on January 14th (just made the appointment!) so they should look at what we have and tentatively approve it or not while we are there, but I'll copy 4 copies just to be sure!

And since we're applying DCF I suppose we are applying IR-1/CR-1..... Thanks Bobby!
