Hi guys, im a bit confused about this one, im about to send the I-751 to remove conditions of residence(to get the 10 year green card)for my wife but i dont know if im supose to send a separate one for my step daugther, they were both peticion at the same time, my wife k1 and my step daugther k2, they both had their green cards for almost 2 years now, so i dont know if i should send 2 I-751's or just one and include her in part 5 as a child, she is turning 17 this month, i guess as long as shes not 18 its ok?

please let me know guys i need to send this in as soon as posible, thanks to Visajourney and everyone for helping me getting to this point.

Did theyr eceive their GC's at the same time? My daughter and I did and I filed a single I751 with her listed in Part 5. The fee is the single fee + biometrics x2 (for each of us)

If they both meet the 90 day window then you can put your daughter on the same I-751 and just have to pay the additional biometrics fee.
