My fiancee and I are about to file for the K-1 Visa in the Philippines. She needs a few more things. One of which is she needs a passport to get the K-1 visa but we don't know if she has all the photo IDs. She has a VOTERS ID, something called a B.I.R., and a POSTAL ID and a police clearance. What other ID does she needs to apply to get get the K-1 VISA. and what other things does she need if anyone knows and what are the fees???

My wife got her passport with 1) Postal ID 2) Birth Cert 3) College ID card 4) Baptismal record. here is the link to the philippine govt passport website.
