I just found out from the NVC that my petition is on the way to Rio.

Does everyone here usually calls to find out if they have received it.

If so does anyone know what # to call for Rio ?

03.11.10 case cent back to VSC

Second Round:

04.19.10 Sent new petition to Vermont Service Center

04.21.10 NOA1

04.23.10 check cashed

07.16.10 touched

10.XX.10: Decide to split with my fiance and set in a withdraw letter to VSC

10.25.10: NOA2 - to my surprise but it does not matter anymore

11.18.10: Withdraw of my petition is final - The End of my Immigration Journey :)

If you have the NVC number for your petition (not your I-129F #) you can call the consulate in Rio to verify if you petition is already there. If it is, you can send in your packet 3. The Consulate of Rio website has the phone # you'll need. For info on packets 3 and 4 and all the steps for the consulate interview please visit the Embassy forum.

Correct me if I am wrong.. it states that I bring all the documents that are in packet 3 to the interview ?

Is this correct ?

This is whats it states on the site:

 

On the day of your fiancée visa (K1/K2) interview please provide the list of documents below completely and all the 

forms listed carefully filled out.  Please provide original or notarized copies o
