Hello,

could anyone explain what package 3 and 4 mean? I want to get prepared as much as possible even if NOA2 has not arrived yet...

Package 3 is the papers you get from the consulate that you need to send back to be eligible for an interview.

Package 4 is the interview letter itself.

I don't think the names are the same in all countries, but that's what they are.

check your consulates website to see if they have it posted online... each consulate has there own local process
