My fiance only passed the questionnaire (page 3) to CSC as his reply for RFE. I have read in one of the USCIS articles that this may delay the processing. He passed the reply last June 30.....too late to say to him that he should pass everything including the first two pages... Does anybody experience the same thing???..... My last update in USCIS is this:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

On July 20, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

My fiance doesn't receive anything yet via snail mail....what should we do?

There was no snail mail sent for the RFE Acknowledgments. The RFE specifically said to send both sheets back. There is nothing you can do now.... if they need more info from you, they will send another RFE. Don't bother trying to forward something now... it will get lost.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Thanks Jen. M starting to worry....it's more than 3 weeks now since we sent the RFE reply. I've seen some of the timelines for other VJ members.....they got approved in less than a month....Tnx again.
