need help with traval document I-131

Hi guys, I am in the process of filling out the I 131 travel document for my wife along with the rest of the aos package, I

have a few questions, on part 3 where it ask date of intended departure and expected length of trip, do I put any specific

dates and time frames?, or just leave it blank? And on part 7 where it ask to explain how i qualify for an advance parole

document and what circumstances warrant the issue of an advance parole? how should i write the letter? I am only sending this form in case my wife has to travel back to the Philippines for a family emergency.

As a K-1 - put "TBD"

(to be determined)

Try not to leave anything blank.

You qualify because of the K-1/AOS. "I am only sending this form in case my wife has to travel back to the Philippines for a family emergency" is a good reason (similar to what I wrote for Umit's)

One more thing on the form I-131 part 7 item # 2 &3, it ask to provide a location outside the United States to receive the travel document, is this section required to be filled out?

Only if the person is outside the US do you fill out those questions.
