ACCREDITED CLINIC/SURGEON FOR THE SHOTS BEFORE AOS

hi everyone..id like to know the link or how to find the accredited clinic/surgeon of USCIS for my additional vaccination/shots. Presently im in Waukesha, Wisconsin. I need a Tdap and Varicella(MMR) shots before my AOS. I was told at St. Lukes in the Phils during my medical that Ill have 2 more shots here in the US after 2 months which is on Feb. 1, 2010 but I dont know where to find that clinic here..and also how much would it cost us for those shots??

I'm so sorry, I don't know which clinics are for USCIS, but I just wanted to say I am from Waukesha, but I am currently in Pakistan with my husband. What a small world, and how amazing all these couples from all these countries and yet we both live in a tiny town in Wisconsin... crazy! Good luck dear!

use your local doctor or public health clinic if you want, as the shots can be done anywhere.... the only involvement of the CS can be limited to record transcription....

hi there abenitez..yes indeed its a small world..im from the PI and now here with my fiance in Waukesha,,its too cold here..but i love the snow..coz we never had that in our country...its like playing shoved ice from the freezer...lolz..pls. be safe and hope to see u one day

hi payxibka..i believe what ur telling me is true...coz thats what most people told me here after they read this post...that i can get the shots at any health dept,. clinic, hospital and then if they dont do the transcribing, ill bring it to the USCIS CS and have it transferred to the I693 and pay around $20 for that...btw, here in Waukesha, H1N1 vaccine is already available at only $19.99...im planning to have it too after my required shots for the AOS....

The only one who CAN transcribe to the I-693 is a Civil Surgeon
