I have some questions that I hope someone maybe able to help me with?

I appreciate all the support I have had in the past from you all. I am sure when I mail this whole packet I will need help to update my timeline and things like that too!

1.Do I mail everything in the same envelope I-130 and I-485? What address do I mail to?

2. Do I include proof on Bona Fide Marriage with these forms or take to interview only?

3. What do you suggest I include if I need send with forms?

4. Form I-765 question 16 what is the correct answer to go in the brackets?

5. Where it asks for A number I leave this blank?

I am basically applying for AOS for my husband we married in June and he is here in the USA with me?

1) One envelope to the USCIS addess per the I-485 instructions

2) Provide the needed information per the requirements of each filing individually & seperately ,even if the same info is needed for both filings you provide a copy of it in both

Yes, and if you are asking about you the petitioner then it is the US passport

G325a I have to fill out 1 for the UK & USA citizen at the bottom of each form it asks Applicant???

Who is the applicant on each form? Does each individual fill in their own info or is it the USC or UK who is the applicant.

for the I-130 a g-325a is needed from each the USC and alien and each fills out as if they are applicant

for the i-485 a g-325a is needed from the alien only

TECHNICAL problem now when I go to print G325a It leaves in some little crosses on the dates so you can not see/read the dates? Any clues how I remove them? Or how to get round that?

Another G-325a question on the USC form it asks this form is submitted in connection with what is the answer for the USC?

The answer for the UK person is Status as Perminent Resident.

I-485 is $930 fee + $80 biometrics fee for a total of $1010

all detailed in the form instructions
