Tell the store manager you need this letter for immigration purpose and the letter need to say the following

- Date of hire

- Position

-Full Time or part time

- how much you get paid an hour ( most likely they can only give you the base pay rate as most frys employees get paid commission)

If the store manager doesn't want to help you write it then talk to HR and explain the samething. Although i don't remember any HR being in the actual store.. unless something changed...

no nothin has changed. it's still in the corporate office -- gave my employer my store manager all the proof from the immigration(got blue and white paper scanned) and said he'll see what he can do about it

- my attorney told me to collect a months worth of paystubs so I have to wait till the 29th to send in all the paperwork

- he also said to send in my 06 and 07 income tax return - but at that time i made just in between 10-15k because i was a student.

"So many nights I'm away from you...

are you sittin' at home, while i'm feeling so lonely...

can't understand why I feel for you...

Could I be here to love? cuz' its drivin' me crazy...

.....you're far away...." (0_O)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

they just want me to provde a "Evidence of current sustained income"

- the interviewer also marked affidavit of support but then crossed it out again.

- They made him fill out air21 but have not paid

- they also asked him to provide his passport when providing the needed documents

- i know some people are outright denied with low income so i'm sad and happy at the same time that we were given this chance.

I just hope I knew what kind of sustained income they needed.

- they also gave him a year to complete this. I hope to complete this within this month or next month.

HI LOTIEGANDA,

we have the same case. But I am suggesting you to do it as soon as you can, submit everything that you can get from your job, because the medical exam that your fiance had is good only for 6 months, they said that after 6 months the medical is not good anymore and need to take another medical exam which means another payment again. It's so ridiculous that we've been paying so much but they still give us this problem. Me, unfortunately covered by the FEE INCREASE, I paid $131 then they asked me to pay again $219 for the increase, imagine that, from $131 FEE now it's $350!

I think you don't understand what you have been asked for:

If you want help from someone that is VERY GOOD at helping in these situations,

PLEASE TYPE THE FULL TEXT OF THE LETTER HERE. EVERY SINGLE WORD.

DO NOT just quote bits and pieces. :bonk:

The original post is from January.
