Hi everyone,

well it looks like I'm ready to finally file for the AOS, I've seen many members just post a quick checklist on VJ, and I would like to also, here it is:

Contents Include:

I-485 Package

(1) Payments in the Amounts of $325 (Form) $70 (Biometrics Fee)

(2) Vaccination Supplement, I-693A

(3) Envelope with 2 color photo’s

(4) Completed form I-485

(5) Copy of Birth Certificate

(6) Copy of Passport pages (biographical page as well an entry stamps) and nonimmigrant Visa

(7) 4 Copies of the G-325A signed and dated by fiancé

(8) Copy of I-94 front and back

(9) Copy of the Fiancé petition approval I-797

(10) Copy of marriage certificate

(11) Completed I-864’s, signed and dated

(12) W2’s for (2005)

I-765 Package

(1) Envelope with cheque for $180.00

(2) Envelope with 2 color photo’s

(3) Completed I-765 form

(4) Copy of the I-94 front and back

(5) Copy of nonimmigrant visa and entry stamps

(6) Copy of the Fiancé petition approval I-797

(7) Copy of the I-485

I'm not filing for AP....

do I have everything?

Looks good. The $325 and $70 can be combined.

So you are going to have 2 envelopes inside another envelope?

I was going to write three seperate cheques for the fees, and label them on the front as to which fee they are for.

I was also going to put all the I-485 docs in one open letter, and then put all the I-765 docs in another.......

it seems more practical that way
