Good day everyone and Happy New Year's,

I'm a little lost about this address changing thing with USCIS.

1. We filed I-129F while living in Virginia.

2. Now I'm living in California.

3. The petitioning was approved by USCIS with the NOA2.

4. Fiancee has sent all packages to embassy and has interview date.

I tried changing my address online on USCIS website, but I'm not really sure if my case is still pending or not. Which is it?

Any help would be nice. Thanks so much.

Just send an updated G-325 (with your info) to your Fiancee for the interview. Also - you may need to update your 864 (depending on what address you used)

Since your at that stage, it's not a big deal about your address.

Once she gets here - you can use your new address. (For the AOS)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
