Is there also a possibility that i talk to the IO and don't inform him about everything that anyone is accompanying me, and that my parents married me who would be in Spain then, that would save my family in US right ?

If you really want to get out of this mess you will have to tell the truth!!!!!!!

And yes, you can sneak the I-94 in your clothes.

Would she not go through a different line in the airport then the 5 US citizens, if she does that would be the perfect time to get away from them.

Seriously did you NOT read what I wrote. I am really thinking now that you are a troll. You will have your frigging passport IN YOUR HAND when you meet up with IO

How come you have no clue what i-94 is? You say you are on a student visa, how come you have never filled it before? Seriously you are more worried about GC than your life.

After reading all this, I start to feel it too that she is more worried about getting GC more than trying to help herself out of the situation.

Sorry OP, if you are seriously want to help yourself, do what others suggest you or else stay with your situation.

Someone from Germany might be able to tell you if that group is genuine or not, but for now that may be your best bet.

What nationality your parents are?

You are worried about if your family members will be charged or not, the thing is till the time you don't put a complain against them they won't be charged. So you can talk to the IO, just stating you need a safe refuge to the nearest German consulate and they will provide you with that. You will have your passport in your hand, because you will have to, when you go to meet up with IO, you have to have your passport, so your relatives have to hand it over to you. So there is no point in worrying about duplicate passport.

Consulates/Embassies over the world are known for protecting their citizens, every consulate has a citizen helpline office. There have been many cases where Indian consulates around the world have helped Indians to get back to India, consulates paid for plane tickets, so I don't think German consulate would be any different either.

At the end of the day its your choice to make. I hope you make a wise decision.

The IO is inside the customs/border patrol /immigration area. What you don't see, yet, are the myriad of private rooms behind the semi-public area.

My true hope was that you'd be able to convince an IO that you were married against your will, and that you are worried that your family will kill you, and that there is the start of immigration fraud to the USA, perpetrated by your family.

You will be taken to a private room. Seperated from your travel companions. My hope is that you will NOT be allowed to enter the USA, but instead, you wil be HELD for up to a week, and then put on a plane to Spain, the country where you have citizenship. You should be able to recover your luggage and laptop, maybe even a cell phone (if you packed it - if it's GSM, just get new sim card in Spain). You might get a free flight from NY to Spain, but you really need to get yer buddies to donate monies to you via paypal (get account on www.paypal.com ) so that you can quickly hide in Spain.

I suggest you approach it from that perspective, instead of trying to secure any life in USA.

You need to decide which is more important - your life, or your parents version of your life.

Your family can easily kill you, and they will feel all is ok, since is true honor killing - you went against them, they lost much face.

Spain has excellent uni - simply go, start over in Spain - stay away from ANYONE that knows your family. I even suggest to legally change your name, when you are back in Spain.

Then. DO NOT CONTACT YOUR FAMILY, for a year. Sure, you might get emails from them, but NEVER respond - they can track where you are by the IP address in the headers in your replies back to them.

Think about it a bit, when you are more calm, let us know what you truly decide?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
