wow, that's really good for Ly. I guess I would have to support of his way of thinking. I'm gonna call him tomorrow to check up on the guy.

Oh yeah, did anyone of you guys happened to still have the phone numbers or at least the area code of which the consulate use? I hate those phone call from telemarketers so I usually don't pick up my phone. Please let me know so I can look out for it. I guess I will be picking up all phone calls from now on. Thanks in advance.

It seems like the stress comes and goes.. Knowing that makes it a little easier to get over those rough spots....

I just got the call that I was dreading.. Thuy has been very sick for days.. she caught it from her son last week and he is better now as he went to the hospital on Saturday, but she went to the hospital today.. H1N1... I am so worried at this point and there is nothing I can do... I had it months ago as did my son, but the medicine there is not the same as here... heading out to wire some $ so she can be sure to get that extra attention to stay alive. She is running a tem of 103 and is far worst than her son was....

This whole journey has its ups and downs all along the way... Until today I thought it was just a matter of time for us to be together.. now I am praying I dont lose her...

"Every one of us bears within himself the possibilty of all passions, all destinies of life in all its forms. Nothing human is foreign to us" - Edward G. Robinson.

Sorry to hear about your case being denied--Hang in there! Kevin & Tuyen have experience with VN denial before so hopefully they can give you insight. If you find out what the reason of the denial is, please post it so we can help you address it. Reading the other posts, it's a good idea if you start collecting evidence now for a response to the denial...

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, it's just going to be a little further drive...

Oh No! Sorry.

1. Try to get your Rep/Sen to stop it from being sent back so you can address the problems while your case is still in VN

a. hire an attorney (M.E.) to help stop it

2. Get a copy of the sheet that states the reasons for denial so you can address them.

If you can't stop your case then you will have a chance to rebut the CO at the Service Center, but first it must make its way back through the BS (bureaucracy system). It might be a year before they get to process your case at the Service center.

Start gathering your rebuttal documents and bonafides. The USCIS only gives you 30 days to respond to the NOID from the time they send it to you.

Aside from that there isn't much you can do until your case gets back to the Service Center for processing and you get your NOID
