Received notification of the Card production ordered on the 22 Jun 2010.

Also, received an email notification from USCIS that approval notification was sent out 28 Jun 2010.

Moved from Virginia to Tennessee becuase of my wife job, did the change of address and have been calling The misinformation number to find out what is going on with my case. E-mailed vermont several times and got my congressman involved. Finally,i was told that my case have been transfered to Memphis for an interview. Got a letter from the USCIS office in Memphis for an interview on 7/20/2010.

what does it means when they said I-89 card received?

The I-89 form is an internal form that USCIS uses to order a permanent resident card.

The actual permanent resident card is an I-551 card.
