The Date they received the package was 29 Jan 10

The card notifying of the 1 year extension of the Temporary Greencard was dated 5 Feb 10.

We they received the notification for Niometrics in the mail for 26 Feb 10.

Why NM goes to Vermont, your guess is good as mine!

I am calculating from the 26 Feb 10 as a rough wag!

I beleive since NOA1. Just out of curiosity - do you know why your NOA date is 2/5 and not a few days after 1/22? Most probably you are being counted as a February filer and that's why you are not approved yet.

Remember USCIS doesn't care when you sent the package - they go by the receipt date, or the NOA date.

I am very interested to know why it took almost 2 weeks for the NOA to be dated.

The other things that puzzles me is the state of NM sends to VSC.....

oh well... this is USCIS

I just received another email from immigration letting me know that they have mailed me an approval notice, dated June 1st, 2010 :P

I already received the other one dated May 12th :P

They did the same thing with the AOS :bonk:

Thank you!!! Yes, finally! After we got the 2nd RFE requesting everything we had already sent + Certificate of Good Conduct from the local Police we called Immigration and they just said: "send everything they are requesting." Well, we did and a week later it was approved, thank God. :star:

Same thing here, I've received today e-mail that USCIS mailed an approval notice (the first one was dated 5/7)

We made an INFO PASS appointment for this morning, trying to get the I551 stamp, coz we didn't want to have keep up with the extention letter when we go back to Philippines.

We explained to the officer that we filed in January and hadn't heard anything since the biometrics on March 2.

The officer looked up our case and said " you were approved on June 4, Oh, today is June 4..You were approved today!

What good news to hear...

She took my wife and son's passport, took out the I94, took their 2 year card and stamped their passports with the I551 stamp.

Our online status hasn't changed nor have we gotten an email.

Please update our info.
