I am filing a K-1 Visa for my fiancee, who has 3 children. Do I need to file seperate forms for them or do I just add them to her K-1 Visa I-129f? Do I send passport photos of the children also with the I-129f or at a later date?

Dave

My wife had two children. One came with her, one as a K-2 to follow.

You file ONE petition. (I-129f) You list ALL her children on that petition where it asks for the names of ALL children. You do not need a G-325a or passport photos for the children with the petition.

when she interviews, her children will also apply for K-2 visas. They will submit an applicatio just li9ke she does with all the associated documents, photos, medicql exams and fees. It is the K-1 x 3 (one for each child) You will have to submit an affidavit of support for a family of 5 (unless you have any children here of your own, then you have to add them) Each child under 16 needs a letter from the father allowing them to relocate permanently to the USA. You also need a copy of the father's passport and/or drivers lisence to verify the signature and the letters must be notarized. Any children over 16 need a police certificate.

Upon arrival into the USA you will file a separate AOS for each child, and separate affidavit of support for each child. You will pay a separate fee for each child ($1010 for any child over age 14 and $600 each for children under age 14 filed concurrently with the mother)

It will end up being the exqct same thing for four people, each person needs their own visa and green card.

I-129F is a petition... K-1 is a visa...

You list all the children on the I-129F petition... They will apply separately for visas later at the consulate after the petition has been approved

No G-325a or passport photos required of the children at the petition statge

YMMV
