My interview date is scheduled in February. On my appointment letter it stated as:

Preference Category: CR1 - CONDITIONAL SPOUSE OF U.S. CITIZEN

I will attain my 2nd anniversary on January 10,2010 (i.e. before my interview date).

My question is that, am I going to granted with CR-1 visa or IR-1 visa?

You will get an IR-1. You may want to point out to the CO that you are now married more than two years, so they don't overlook it.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yep, you will get the IR1 but make it a point to mention it to them...

06/14/2003 - Married Savona Italy

I-130

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!
