if you have a tattoo, would they still grant you a visa? what are the cons and pros?

I-130 Track:

Apr. 19. 2006: I-130 Sent/Submitted

May.06. 2006: I-130 NOA1

Oct. 26. 2009: I-130 NOA2

NVC Track:

Oct. 20. 2009: ACL email received with case number & AOS Fee Bill from email

Oct. 25. 2009: AOS paid online

Oct. 27. 2009: AOS Cover Sheet & ACL sent via FedEx

Oct. 29. 2009: NVC received the ACL

Nov. 11/16. 2009: IV Fee Bill / paid online

Nov. 17. 2009: IV Cover Sheet & Requested to add a child in NVC case

Dec. 07. 2009: Approval of additional child in NVC case received via email & paid IV bill

Dec. 11. 2009: Sent DS-230 via LBC

Dec. 17. 2009: I-864 sent via USPS overnight & DS-230 received (as per avr)

Dec. 21. 2009: I-864 received as per avr/has reviewed DS-230

Jan. 07. 2010: Received email-checklist dated Jan.06.2010. printed & mailed it via usps.

Jan. 26. 2010: CASE COMPLETED on January 23, 2010 as per avr.

Mar. 15. 2010: Schedule was given last Feb.12/ Interview on April 22! at USEM as per operator & email

USEM Track:

Mar. 19. 2010: Left NVC and forwarded to USEM

Apr. 19-21 2010: Passed medical (me and my son) / May 4-6 passed medical (daughter)

Apr. 22. 2010: Interview APPROVED for me and my son / May 12 interivew APPROVED (daughter)

May 26. 2010: POE SEATTLE

If the Tattoos covers all ur face and no one can see ur face, i dont know about it. but i dont think tattoos its a big deal .. lots of people got tattoos and they still get visas,

My N-400 timeline, I hope it will help - Local Office (Chula Vista Field Office - San Diego)

10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

02/28/2011: Certificate Of Naturalization's Returned.

Game Over.

tatoos shouldnt be a big deal as long as you dont have HIV...as long as they pass the medical, no problems.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

I have several large tattoos and it wasn't even mentioned at the medical.

Of course, at the embassy interview I covered them up, as I would at any other interview/ business situation.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

He11 no, not a problem... Tatoos are not grounds for denial... Of course if you had a big tatoo on the forhead that said "death to America" I would expect a long AP

My fiance is a tattoo artist from Holland, who just arrived here on his K1 visa 3 weeks ago. Needless to say, he has several tattoos...no problems at all.

Do you think these guys will get a AP? Admittedly, the Olde English Lettering does make it look more dignified.
