Visiting U.S. while K-1 is pending

I am applying for a K-1 Fiance Visa for my Fiance in Canada. While the Visa is being processed is she able to enter the United States to visit me and return back to Canada?

Yes.

But she must bring ties to prove she's coming back to Canada.

The NOA1 for the K-1 visa in my opinion is good to prove she's not going to marry and stay down there, since it'd totally void the visa. Of course, I wouldn't rely on just that.

Other good things to have is a return ticket, letter from employer saying that she's expected back and by a certain date, a copy of a lease if she's in an apartment, etc.

There should be no problem with it, but be prepared to goto secondaries at POE because it would raise a few red flags (it happened to me when I came over for a 3 month visit)
