EAD

hi there,

happy new year to all, i hope somebody here can ans. my question regarding to my mother. i recently apply for her I-485 which is adjustment status. i dont really know that you can file the EAD the same time while you file the adjustment status. now i got the notice of action receipt stating of they received the application and we pay for this amount. i think next is finger print if i am wrong correct me.

now, i really wonder if i can file the EAD for her along the receipt of the I-485?

and, i really know if i can file the EAD should i pay it or not

she dont have any i.d she could used that EAD for traveling with in the u.s only bec. where not in the same states. i want her to visit me flying here in my states.

Yes you can submit the EAD and the I- 131 with the NOA1receipt notice. FREE. Just include a copy of the NOA1/
