Yeah, I think I've been checking it incessantly...my husband keeps trying to convince me not to do so, but seriously now it's time to look for another hobby, such as job hunting :thumbs:

Just got another update email for my EAD - it went (back) to "Post-Decision Activity" from "Document Production" - pfft: Post-Decision Activity On March 15, 2010, we mailed you a notice that

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Yeah, that's just so bizarre. Once I got a text saying my status was updated (this was after I received that my case was pending at CSC). It reverted back to the message that we are transferring your case to CSC. Then a week later, another status update, it went back to case is now pending at CSC...what the heck and now for the past four days, there's been a touch. I was actually able to see the touch today right before the USCIS site crapped out....

Ok, I'm just fuming here, but seriously, what's going on??

Regardless of anything, you will have your green card without an interview. :P

It may seem like you have a lot more touches also because not everyone checks the uscis website every single day once they get the biometrics/CSC transfer... You crazy girl! The USCIS website being down is it's way of tell you to chill out. :) Go have a coke and a smile. :rofl:

I think the January 2010 AOS filers broke the USCIS interwebs with our incessant status checking! :rofl:

10/03/09 - Wedding in Reno, NV

01/14/10 - I-485, I-130, I-765 & I-131 filed

01/25/10 - Checks cashed, NOAs sent!! (Day 1)

01/28/10 - NOAs received - dated 1/25/10 (Day 3)

02/04/10 - Biometrics letter received! (Day 10)

02/16/10 - Biometrics appointment, Modesto, CA - COMPLETED! (Day 22)

03/11/10 - Received interview notice - April 15, 2010 in Fresno, CA (Day 45)

03/18/10 - AP Approved (for my daughter - not me)!! (Day 52)

03/24/10 - Touch I-485 and email that RFE received on 2/18/10 (Day 58)

04/05/10 - INFOPASS appointment -- was told NBC must have decided not to process AP or EAD because interview was so soon. (Day 70)

04/13/10 - Email - EAD Card production ordered, Touch on my AP (Day 78)

04/15/10 - Interview @ 10:30am - APPROVED!!! Email - Green Card production ordered! (Day 80)

04/16/10 - My AP received in mail (no approval email), ANOTHER email EAD Card production ordered, Touch on I-765, I-485 & I-130 (Day 81)

04/20/10 - Green card status changed to post-decision activity, Touch on I-765 & I-485 (Day 85)

04/26/10 - Greencard RECEIVED!!!! (Day 91)

:star: for you! I've given up on the USCIS.gov updates now that I have my interview letter. My I-130/I-485 haven't been touched online in over a month, but I figure the mice are making it happen over there.

I agree Calypso... coke just won't do it! I'm drinking Chick-fil-a's Sweet Iced Tea!!! Now that is some yummy stuff.

I'm in the same boat as many of you AP/EAD haven't been touched in over a month....and AOS has been touched multiple times this week but nothing today...I'm hoping that means AOS approval soon!

I'm using Vesppa as a model and hoping that I get AOS approval after 10 days of all these days of touches....

Finally, I got the much awaited interview letter. Interview will be on April 15, 2010. Hopefully, I will receive my EAD soon :)
