My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

On March 11, 2010, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made.

Did anyone else get their EAD approved and their travel doc approved later? The EAD was approved but the travel document was just touched

12/29/2009 I-130/I-485/I-131/I-765 sent to Chicago

1/11/2010 Packet sent again, check was wrong the first time

1/15/2010 NOA 1 for all 4 forms

1/29/2010 Letter for Bio on 2/17

2/1/2010 Bio Done

2/1/2010 RFE received for I-693 medical

2/12/2010 RFE received at Lee s Summit, MO office

3/4/2010 Letter from USCIS for interview date of April 15 at 9:30 A.M.

3/10/2010 EAD card production ordered

3/18/2010 EAD and AP received!! Now waiting for the interview!!

4/15/2010 A good interview! Approved for 2 years!

4/26/2010 Green Card received in mail!

I just got the same email as the one I got on March 9, 2010, stating that the card production was ordered. I'm hoping that it means they mailed out the card today. I hope... :unsure:

H1B visa holder

11/5/2009 - Married

12/31/2009 - Mailed the packet of I-130, I-485, I-765 thru usps's priority mail to Chicago lockbox

1/10/2010 - Received receipt confirmation

1/19/2010 - Received NOA for all three (dated 1/13/2010)

1/25/2010 - Received biometric letter (appt for 2/8/2010)

1/26/2010 - Completed biometric via early walk-in (New York City office)

1/28/2010 - Touched all three

3/6/2010 - Received NOA for interview (dated 3/1/2010)

3/9/2010 - Received an email update for EAD card in production (dated 3/8/2010)

4/7/2010 - Interview scheduled (New York City office)

Thank you belovedbyme. I wonder if this is good to be transferred. Seems from what I read many wish to be transferred to CSC when applying for AOS. What's the reason?

My daughter and I got our interview notices today!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Just when I was complaining about the lack of progress :blush:

Our interview will be April 15th in Fresno, CA. My daughter's is at 10:30 and mine is at 11:00am, although I assume they will do them both at the same time since we all have to be in the room for both anyway.

Now for the EAD...

That second notification might mean that your EAD card is ready to be mailed or has been mailed?

Another quick update -- after getting the notice that card ordered earlier this week, we received email notice yesterday that letter had been sent, but came home after work and found letter in the mailbox already! Hopefully card will arrive just as quickly! Glad things are moving along for others as well.

I-751 Petition: Removal of Conditions
(Eligible on March 4th, 2012, based on 2 years as LPR (can apply 90-days prior))
Jan. 09, 2012: USPS confirms delivery of Application for Removal of Conditions/10-year GC at Vermont Service Center (mailed 1/6)
Jan. 10, 2012: I-751 NOA (received 1/13)
