Anyone living in CA whose AP and EAD have been approved?

I'm from CA but no clue yet about my AOS and EAD, not even an interview letter. You're right, we got to stay positive! Good luck to everyone and congratulations to those who had their EAD approvals already.

We haven't received EAD or AP either and no touches since biometrics. I don't know if it has anything to do with living in CA and they just have more to do here, but I don't think so. At least we have our interview letter and can be preparing for that. We have a similar timeline, Claypso, so maybe we will see something next week. Good luck all!

Hi everyone! Just a question for any of you preparing for or who have already had your interview.

On the checklist of things to bring, it has the I-693 and I-864 listed to bring IF not already submitted. We submitted them with our initial AOS package...so are any of you bringing copies of all of these documents?? I'm more concerned about he I-693...I will have to pay the doctor to get another copy of all of those documents.

Thanks for you help!!

Hi! My hubby and I decided to fill out a new I-864 to include our 2009 tax return.

I'm also planning to get an updated vaccination record on the I-693 because I still have one shot left for the Tdap series (I probably wouldn't get a new one if the I-693 we submitted with our AOS package was on the new form but I had that first I-693 signed by the CS last September 2009 so it was on the old form; the new form hadn't been released yet - I figured it would be better to cover all bases just in case it comes up during on the interview).

It looks like the trend lately is that people are getting approved approximately 30-34 days of transfer. Hope that is the case. I'm sick and tired of seeing touches with no change in status.

I'll be back to update the Spreadsheet tomorrow everyone!

My hubby gave me Final Fantasy XIII (PS3) yesterday as a surprise and I'm off to start playing :D :D :D - I told him weeks ago that I wasn't going to preorder. I was just going to wait until after our AOS interview to avoid distractions (I wanted to concentrate on preparing; getting everything together) but he went ahead and bought it for me!!! ^________^ I guess he figured it'd be better to have something to keep my mind off the interview and just relax. ^_^

Oh how I love my husband (L)
