Congratulations to everyone moving forward in their AOS journey. I can almost smell my EAD coming. *fingers crossed* :dance:

01/19/10 - FILED I-485 AND I-765

01/27/10 - Check Cashed

02/01/10 - NOAs Received, Dated 01/26/10

02/05/10 - Biometrics Appointment Received, Dated 1/28/10.

02/16/10 - Biometrics Done on Schedule

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Ok thanks Calypso. Back to the waiting game again for me but it's good to see that there's been a lot of progress for many of us here lately!

You're welcome. I am not sure but it looks like most of those who got their EAD and AP approved ahead are the ones who got transferred to CSC. You're there. ;)

Congrats all so far!

I called USCIS today to check up on my wife's 3 petitions and they told me they could only give me the information since it was her application even though I said I was the petitioner...so we're going to call back this evening. They lady did say that she did have updates to share but couldn't tell me...urgh!

On another note, just now I saw that my AOS had a touch today, so not sure if it was a real update on their side or it was me calling in.

Remember how I said I've officially given up on the online case status updates?

I just received a text message AND email from USCIS regarding my EAD!

It said card production was ordered today, March 9, 2010.

hahaha!

I really didn't expect that! I was just waiting for my EAD to magically appear in the mail with no notice whatsoever (txt or email)... LOL.

YAY!

Still nothing on the AP though... Not a single touch since January 12. @_@

My EAD card was ordered today (March 09th) as well. So I hope the others in our group get some good news soon too! Also if any is unable to see there EAD and AP status online you can have a request done to have your case updated..

Oh, and I got a touch on my I-485 today, too :)

It does sound like USCIS is getting to work.

And believe me, I am very happy about it.

But it scares me that my son, who has a lower number, didn't get his approval yet.

Guess it takes a mother to be this worried, but I rather have his stuff done than mine. He's the kid, I am grown up.I can handle things going wrong.

And he so needs to see his Dad this summer.

Actually, correct that..didn't get a text message or e-mail, just checked the website and had touches on both EAD and AP, clicked on EAD and said card production ordered March 8, 2010.

Ok, so I just got the text message for my EAD...anyway, I'll take approval for EAD right now so I can start to find jobs.

After a correction in our mail address and some waiting finally we got the appointment for biometrics. It is for March 18 at 12:00 pm. So finally good news. Things are moving.
