Another touch on I-485 yesterday (we were transferred to CSC a while ago) and approval on EAD and AP!

Edit: Just noticed another I-485 touch today as well!

Just got another update email for my EAD - it went (back) to "Post-Decision Activity" from "Document Production" - pfft: Post-Decision Activity On March 15, 2010, we mailed you a notice that

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

12/24/12 - E-mail notification that file sent to NBC (now able to check case status online!)

12/28/12 - E-mail notification that biometrics notice was sent!

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

04/02/13 - Interview! Passed!

May 2013 - Oath Ceremony!

Wow! That's a lot of touches! Our last touch was the one after biometrics for the I-485 and I-765. The I-131 hasn't been touched since our check was cashed. I really hope to get something in the mail soon though... :D

That's a definite possibility! Especially since the EAD and AP are processed at the National Benefits Center while the AOS gets transferred to the CSC or local offices.

Congratulations to everyone! I never see any touches with my cases online. I couldn't even find them in the system! All we have are letters sent to us since January 28th when we sent them. Feb 5th for 3 NOAs and then Feb 10th for my biometrics tomorrow March 5th. I do hope all is well though.

Since the green card takes the place of AP and EAD, I am wondering if they are just going ahead with the AOS to save time. Ours have not been touched since biometrics and AP since long before that. We already have our interview letter so perhaps they are just going to wait for that and approve it all at the same time.

Here's to hoping! At least you know your interview date, which is short of approval.

I'm not even sure when I'll get approved!

Had a touch on I-485 this morning, the "reason" being that AAO message again, this time saying on Feb 16th they returned it. Seems like they are just plugging in something just to plug a reason in.

Just to update - we got text and email that my husband's ead is approved !! And just had the bio's done yesterday :D

We also got another one for his I-485 - but when checked said the same thing - so maybe ........ ( fingers crossed)

3/4/2010 Letter from USCIS for interview date of April 15 at 9:30 A.M.

3/18/2010 EAD and AP received!! Now waiting for the interview!!
