You need your passport and letter, if the non-usc has changed name bring the marriage cert too, as well as government issued ID for the USC.

You seem to have forgotten that you are now married.

I brought my passport and biometrics letter of appointment with me. I did keep my birth and marriage certificates in handy but they were not needed in spite of my name change.

My husband's ID wasn't asked either. However, just let the USC spouse prepare one. ASCs vary. ;)

We went ahead and did the walk in biometrics yesterday - they were so nice - is the best office yet of the government so far

We had sent in our original appt letter to have it reschedule so only had a copy - we got there at about 11 - they explained they DO NOT do walk in appts on weds - WHY the other place is telling everyone they do ?? IS it like weds they are not so busy as the other days ?? Was sort of funny listening to this,

But they looked up my husband's case and saw he had been rescheduled and said since we live an hour away - he could go ahead and do his biometrics now but made us promise not to come back for the appt ..lol ( like we like spending time at the government offices )

We were in and out in under an hour
