Ok...so after 27 days straight of checking the mailbox in hopes of seeing that white envelope with blue print letters spelling out USCIS....my wife wakes up this morning and said she had a dream of there being a USCIS envelope in the mail today.

Now mind you, she has not checked the mailbox in almost 2 years, and the one day I decided to give up my daily venture due to continuing disappointment, she picks up the mailbox key and strolls down to the mailboxes ... low and behold there is the NOA2 to appear for interview March 30, 2010. :blink:

Anyone who has filled out the G-325 Biographic Info, what if your times of employment exceed the lines that they provide on the form? My cousin is filling out his paperwork and his wife had more than 4 jobs in the last 5 years, and they only give 4 lines for employment?

Also, how many of the G-325 for each of them for the I-130 and how many for each of them for the I-485?

sorry for all the questions, I cant remember how ours was for sure and I did not see how many of the G-325 to send in, and I think we sent in 6 for my spouse and 2 for me, with respective forms, but not sure

We sent 4 G-325 forms for myself and 4 for my husband. And for employment I would keep the last 4 jobs and explain if necessary at the interview.

I know you can do that because the IO told me that today when I spoke to her but you need a good reason to do that and probably you will need some kind of evidence sustaining your request for expedite processing. Actually I read somewhere today that some girl had an infopass and she was really upset because of some kind of delay and the IO told her to write a letter explaining why she wants to expedite the application.

I have learned recently that anything is possible if you talk to the right person and also have 5 minutes of luck. I already posted about me experience today and hopefully I can give you more details soon since I am expecting to hear from them in the following days.

Good luck if you want to try this!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THOSE WHO HAVE RECEIVED THEIR INTERVIEW LETTERS!!!

I've updated the Spreadsheet :D

You can use a separate page and attach it to the form - just put a note on the employment line, see G-325 Supplement, Employment info (something like that). Be sure to add his wife's info to the form (name, A#, type of application filed, etc.) as well as the a "heading" at the beginning saying it's the G-325 Supplement. ;)

The new form has only 1 page. The old one had 4 pages... We sent 4 copies of the new form, just in case ^_^;;

We only sent 4 for me, none for my husband.

THANK U !! :)

You're welcome! ^_^

Just an update. I called USCIS and requested an expedited review (pressed 2, 1, 3, 6). They lady who took my call was extremely nice and was pleasant to talk to. She took my info and said that she would be forwarding this to the service center. I should be hearing back from the service center directly whether I am eligible for expedite or not. Wish me luck :)

Well, I called USCIS and inquired about my EAD application. I told him I felt that I hadn't heard anything regarding the application since the NOA date and he put in a service request for me. We'll see how it goes!
