I didn't have any touch for AOS and EAD since the 15th of this month and none for AP beginning the 28th of January.

I have just opened the envelope I received today from the USCIS.

Notice date: February 19, 2010

Interview: March 29, 2010

I can't thank Him enough for His kindness.

Highest praises to our loving God!

Congrats, FAE! Now I'm wishing that I have an interview...

Thank you, Tina.

The USCIS sends notices without a warning. I hope we all hear something better soon.

Hi Brian! I found you through the VJ Immigration Timelines and took the liberty of adding you to the Spreadsheet before you posted ^__^;; - I hope you don't mind!

Yes, don't worry! It's not unusual for the receipt numbers not to work on the USCIS online system. It depends on the adjudicator handling your case whether the specific files/cases get scanned (barcode) into the system. As long as you have your NOA hard copies (I-797C notices) for the EAD and AP too, you're fine ^_^

Hey Fatima,

I saw that you added us on the spreadsheet too... which good you did.... I was actually going to ask you to do so but never got around to it yet.

I am considering myself a December filler ... but could be a January filler as well...kinda in between :star:

Good idea with the spreadsheet, very nice and well organized!!

Does this mean that we surely won't get RFE anymore now that we have our interview letter?

Thank you very much!

We have "honorary" January filers from February too :D (some who weren't able to mail off their packet in time) - I figured it couldn't hurt since the dates were so close :)

I really hope so! I was actually expecting to get an RFE for the I-693 so I'm really thinking about getting the full medical done (instead of just getting a fully up-to-date vaccination record) during my appointment with the CS next month before our interview. The only real hassle would be that we'll need to go back and pick up the sealed envelope ourselves because if they mail it, we probably won't get it in time for the interview.

I do hope as well that there will be no RFE at all.

My husband and I will talk about the requirements later when he gets home from work. I've already given him a ring and he was equally glad for the news. My CS is also quite far from here so planning to go there will be necessary.

Here's for us all!

hi :)

We have been dealing with the RFE for the medical - we set a infopass and the lady said she would have someone pull it and put it with our application, the website has not updated so we went back in one week as she suggested.

We also received his appt letter late and missed his biometrics appt because we moved and was sent out like 1 day before our change of address was submitted.

At the 2nd infopass the lady said the 1st lady was crazy and we needed to send in a letter for the medical along with a i-693 but at the end of the meeting my husband asked her to please just look in the sysytem and see where we are at - if any updates

so she did and we found out it has been sent to CA center ! We have since received a letter so stating this. I am sending in the form to reset the biometrics appt - Houston has walk in appts - but is big city with many aliens - so cannot miss all day of work if is really crowded. We live way on the opposite side of where the place is and is better to just have them reset it

we got his approval of AP

So looks good so far
