Hi my friends. So far we have not received the NOA although we did received notification via email and text messages so we have our receipt numbers. But it's been almost one month since the day USCIS says processed the forms. Should I worry about not having the hard copy of the NOA? Thanks for your help.

January 21, 2010 - Submitted AOS

January 25, 2010 - Cory received her SSN

March 9, 2010 - Received appointment for biometrics - will be on March 18

March 18, 2010 - Biometrics done

March 19, 2010 - Touches on I-485 and I-765

March 25, 2010 - Advance Parole approved..received on April 1 in the mail

March 29, 2010 - I-485 notice date, received on April 4, 2010

May 3, 2010 - EAD approved

May 5, 2010 - Date interview....approved

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Hi! If it has been 30 days since you filed your AOS packet and you still haven't received the NOA hard copies in the mail, you should call the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283

January 11, 2010: - Mailed AOS packet (I-485/ I-765/ I-131)

January 13, 2010: - Chicago received AOS packet

January 19, 2010: - Received 3 NOA email

January 20, 2010: - Check cashed[/color]

January 22, 2010: - Received 3 NOA hardcopies in the mail1st touch I-485, I-765 & I-131

February 01, 2010: - Touch - I-765 (EAD)

February 08, 2010: - Touch - I-485

February 08, 2010: - Case moved to CSC

February 13, 2010: - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (After a long wait!)

February 15, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & received e-mail that case is now pending

March 09, 2010: - Biometrics completed, Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 10, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 17, 2010: - EAD Card Production, Touch - I-131 (AP) & I-1765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Received AP in mail

March 25, 2010: - Received EAD in mail

April 02,14,15, and 21 2010: - Touch - I-485

April 21, 2010: - Green Card Production ordered!, Welcome letter/NOA April 24

April 29, 2010: - FINALLY!!!! Received Green Card in hand!

Do I need another full medical or only the vaccination part of 693 by the civil surgeon?

If you had the medical exam less than a year ago, you don't need to repeat it. Just get your vaccination records transcribed by a civil surgeon. Take the shots necessary before you go to your CS.

BTW, I have a question: Did some of you receive an e-mail or text notification from the USCIS saying that your interview letter was on its way?

Hi. We never received any update on our cases. The USCIS website says "can not be found" in three we submitted to this very day. But we received 3 NOAs and Biometrics appointment letter all the same. I would suppose we'll get our interview letter again without an update of some form unlike most of us on here :blush:

We had our Bio Appt as scheduled... fast and easy. We got transferred to CSC on 2/5. I guess we got a "touch" today since I got an email which says there was an update but it was the same update as when they transferred it.

Hey everyone!

So my husband and I have moved to our new home this weekend and I've been busy with that! Anyway, I've done my biometrics, and it was relatively painless (though the fingerprinting lady had to redo some of my fingers because it was too light. Also found that I had touches on all apps today.

Thanks for updating the spreadsheet, Fatima.

Congrats on all those who got interview dates! Hope for more of them and transfers, too! :thumbs:

Oh, and I got another e-mail from USCIS saying that I got transferred to CSC...which I had already gotten on Feb. 8! I almost had a heart attack when it said my status changed on my AOS. I thought I had a RFE since I knew they would never approve my AOS before biometrics! :wacko:
