We got our Interview Appointment Letter!!! We will be going March 24, 2010 at 10:30am!!! :) No sign of the EAD yet, but it is sooo glad to see something in the mail!!!! I think it's interesting that there have been no touches on our files since 1/25 and 2/03 but now we get the letter.. here's some info:

Appointment Letter Dated: 2/16/2010

Letter Postmarked: 2/17/2010

Letter Received 2/20/2010

I've been following this thread since we sent our AOS package in, but I've been lazy -- and I haven't posted our time line.

So here it is (so far):

01/07/2010: Mailed I-130/I-485/I-765 USPS Express to Chicago lockbox

01/08/2010: Package signed for by L BOX

01/12/2010: I-797C notice date (I-130/I-485/I-765)

01/18/2010: Biometrics appointment notice date (02/02/2010)

01/28/2010: I-130/I-765 appear in the uscis.gov online database (touch I-130/I-765)

02/02/2010: Biometrics appointment

02/03/2010: I-485 appears in the uscis.gov online database (touch I-485/I-765)

02/16/2010: Interview notice date (03/24/2010)!

Notes:

We followed the VisaJourney step-by-step guide almost exactly -- the only difference being that we DID NOT send "Evidence of a bonafide marriage".

My wife's status prior to applying was F-1.

Good luck everyone!

Congratulations to the two of you! I did look up some timelines and found that other applicants late last year got transferred to CSC after two months from filing. I am still hopeful for a transfer somehow but even if I'd just have to go to an interview, I wouldn't mind as long as the AOS gets completed fast.

hahahahaha! Thank you so much!!! ^______^

I was so hyper when I reached into the mailbox and saw 2 letters (the other one was junk mail) - they were flap side up so I flipped them over slowly, praying the whole time that I'd see "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services" - when I did, I went running into our house saying, "We got mail! We got mail!" - my husband was laughing the whole time XD

Congrats to everyone who's got interview dates and cases transfered. I have been away and got back home home today, checked our mails, and realised that USCIS has sent our interview notice for March 10, 2010. The notice was dated Feb 3, 2010. Really excited!

Nothing yet on EAD and AP. Thought these 2 will come before the Green card interview.

Wish everyone a speedy approval

Tax transcript is good, they will fax it to you while you are on the phone talking to them. Very easy and painless. :-) Good luck!!

My friend was just considerably lucky. She filed the concurrent i-130 with the MINIMUM required evidence of bonafide marriage under the premise that, "the more you give, the more they will question." That went on smoothly too!

I finally got the hard copy of the RFE. Just as I had suspected, it's for the 2008 Federal 1094. I'm worried. My spouse isn't too diligent about keeping files :|
