I'm home sick! I feel so alone. Can't sleep my mind is wandering so much, thinking so much of things that I know very unrealistic as of now. My thoughts are wish i could wish i might!

I just ate english muffin toast spread with to much butter and blueberries its dripping as im taking every single bites.

Then went to the bathroom and look at myself in the mirror while tears are falling so fast! Then after crying I cleaned my face and put too much night cream on my face like there's no more tomorrow!

I just had a great day but why oh why this flesh of mine! Silly thoughts of mine making things hard on me.

Blah blah blah tell me I'm not depress!

I'm so silly! So dramatic! I'm sorry about this. I just miss everything back home.

I'm wrong to add this craziness post of mine here.

I just checked my status online and I got a touch today for I-485 but none on I-131. I thought the biometrics is both for AOS and AP so Im wondering why I only got a touch on my AOS. Is this normal?

The biometrics is for I-485 and I-765.I didn't have many touches either so you shouldn't be too worried about that. Good luck !

I submitted I-130 and I-485 concurrently early January, which the USCIS processed regularly -- notice sent, check cleared, cases touched.

Early February, I sent out I-131 (advance parole) with a check of $305 and copy of I-797C -- notice of I-485 pending, along with other required material . Yet yesterday , I received two I-797c (mailed on the same day in different envelopes) , one is simply receipt-notice, the other is a peculiar "Rejection Notice", which reads

" Recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form was submitted with extra remittance that is not required to process your application, or the incorrect fee was submitted. Your check is being returned to you with this notice. NO additional action by you is required at this time,..."

I looked the I-131 instruction again, there is note under the "what is filing fee " section that I overlooked before. It says basically, if I filed i-485 and paid fee, no fee is required for i-131. But I am not sure if my understanding is completely correct.

When you sent out your package, did you include a fee for I-131? According to the rejection notice, do they reject my I-131 case or simply returned my redundant check?

Please help!

Your Dumb

Maybe I am freaking out too much, but after the hellish process we had with the K-1, I don't think I have any patience left for any glitches during the AOS/EAD. So tomorrow I am going to fax my congressman and senators for help in figuring out if my husband's RFE response actually has been received by USCIS because we still do not have a status change online. It still says "we sent a request for evidence, blah blah blah" even though my husband's response was delivered on Feb 03, 2010.

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

I hope that works, MARM. :star:
