I don't have any touches since the day of my biometrics. That's all ...it is so frustrating to know that they don't touch your case...

01/16/2010 Sent AOS Package (I-131,I-485,I-765)

01/19/2010 Package received in Chicago, Received date on NOA

01/25/2010 Date on the back of the check with MSC number NOA Notice date

01/27/2010 Check cashed

01/28/2010 Touch on I-131,I-485, I-765 (also the notice date on biometric appt)

01/29/2010 NOA hard copies received

02/01/2010 Biometrics letter maild by USCIS

02/04/2010 Received biometric letter

02/09/2010 Biometrics done walk-in and I-765 /I-485 touched

02/12/2010 Biometric appointment scheduled

03/12/2010 Interview letter received

04/15/2010 Interview day!8:45 am the interview went well and I was told to wait for the answer 2-4 weeks

04/15/2010 3:00pm Text and e-mail- Card production ordered Status DocumentProduction/Oath Ceremony

04/16/2010 I-485 touched

04/19/2010 Welcome notice received (notice date 04/15/2010)

04/20/2010 Text msg case updated: 2nd card production ordered

04/21/2010 I-485 touched

04/22/2010 Text :Approval notice sent.Status changed to Post-Decision Activity

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

I also have two touches again with today's date for my AOS and EAD but the AP has remained untouched since January 28.

Congrats, FAE! Wish I had a touch on my EAD. Perhaps they are waiting on my biometrics...

Thanks, Tina. My aim to be sent to CSC hasn't happened yet. Well, at least not yet. I don't mind much as long as the whole process will still be fast whether the case gets transferred early or late.

We are still waiting on some activity on our cases :(

RFE was delivered by USPS on Feb 03, 2010, and till today we have not gotten any updates, no touches, no "case resumed processing", no "case transferred to CSC".

This is getting worrisome!

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

This is getting worrisome!

Our RFE got to Chicago and to MO on the 10th and we have heard nothing either, and no touches to speak of. Its very frustrating....

12/31/2009 - Married

01/08/2010- Mailed in AOS

01/13/2010- AOS received and sent back due to missing signature

01/22/2010- AOS arrives back at my house, signed, sent off again

01/27/2010- Receipt number given, huzzahhh! NOA1

01/29/2010- Money taken out :'(

02/02/2010- Touch

02/06/2010- Biometrics Appointment, 16th Feb at 2:00pm .... Also happens to be my 21st Birthday!!

02/07/2010- Sent in Medical to Chicago office

02/09/2010- Got a RFE for medical.....Sent reply letter 2 days earlier due to forgetting to include vaccination data.

02/10/2010- Sent a 2nd copy of medical to MO office.

02/16/2010- 21st birthday, Biometrics done, and a letter saying my case is on "hold" from the 7th of Feb, in a email...

02/17/2010- Touch

02/23/2010- Letter to congressman

02/24/2010- RFE Received and processing resumed.

02/25/2010- Case transferred to CSC

03/24/2010- Work permit printed

03/28/2010- Work permit received (After writing to the congressman...Again...)

07/01/2010- Call to Senator about Green card, Call to USCIS, Nothing... Told to wait another 2 months and then possibly another 4 months.

07/01/2010- Touch on I-485/Green card...

07/02/2010- Second touch on I-485/Green card, No notifications....

07/07/2010- Told at info pass that my application is being sent to west palm from CSC

07/10/2010- Touch I-485

07/14/2010- Touch on I-485

I guess now is when we should be really patient. Based on what I saw from November 2009 filers, the average waiting time from the biometric date to EAD is 30days. From NOA to EAD is 54 days. Ahhhhhh... but it's hard.. no touches for 3 weeks.

H1B visa holder

11/5/2009 - Married

12/31/2009 - Mailed the packet of I-130, I-485, I-765 thru usps's priority mail to Chicago lockbox

1/10/2010 - Received receipt confirmation

1/19/2010 - Received NOA for all three (dated 1/13/2010)

1/25/2010 - Received biometric letter (appt for 2/8/2010)

1/26/2010 - Completed biometric via early walk-in (New York City office)

1/28/2010 - Touched all three

3/6/2010 - Received NOA for interview (dated 3/1/2010)

3/9/2010 - Received an email update for EAD card in production (dated 3/8/2010)

4/7/2010 - Interview scheduled (New York City office)

Today's a new day! It looks like quite a few people are having their biometrics today, so there should be more touches! :thumbs:

We are now in the middle of February. I am excited for approvals later this month and then in March. :dance:
