We just got the vaccinations transcribed by the CS onto the I-693 and also included a copy of the DS3025 in the package incase they lost the one that comes in the "big brown envelope" you give the IOs at POE. If we get an RFE, we get an RFE...but we hope we don't!

We did the same thing. Also included a copy of my immunization record from the local health department - had them done there instead of the CS because it was cheaper. I did get the TST done at the CS though. I really hope that will be enough! We're of the same mindset: just deal with the RFE if we do get one - my husband just wanted to get our AOS packet mailed ASAP. Now that we have, we've stopped having bad dreams of me having to go home - just can't imagine being apart from each other again :(

Hope neither of us gets RFEs! I'll keep my fingers crossed! ^___^

You are welcome! :) I was very eager to file my husband's AOS ASAP as well, so if we get the medical RFE it is something that we will just have to deal with, but let's hope neither of us get the RFEs and we all have smooth approvals!

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

My husband and I have just sent the AOS package a few minutes ago. It's good to know that you guys are getting a fine progress each day. May all of us pass through this phase easily and successfully.

You're not alone! My I-94 expired last September 25. We wanted to file ASAP after we got married but the earliest appointment we could get with a Civil Surgeon was September 29 :( We were in a panic at that point so we called the USCIS National Customer Service Center to confirm that we could still file even after the I-94 expired. They just told us that there was no deadline for filing the AOS but it was recommended to file within the 90 days. It was a relief to actually hear that but we feel a lot better now that we've actually sent out the packet and got the NOA1.

Cool I'm not alone! Yeah I heard it wasn't a problem. The problem is that if we go out of the country, it will be hard for us to get back in US.

Any ideas if how long is AED process? I'm planning on filing this week :yes:
