I don`t know yet :unsure:

I recieved a standard email from USCIS: CASE PLACED ON HOLD On February 8, 2010, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case........

I wish it comes fast....I keep thinking about what reason could it be all the time :blink:

Um by the way does anyone know how many days do they give to answer the RFE? (before the opportunity to submit it expires - scariest part in email!)

Just got another update email for my EAD - it went (back) to "Post-Decision Activity" from "Document Production" - pfft: Post-Decision Activity On March 15, 2010, we mailed you a notice that

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

I am one of the january filers too!I received my NOA1 on february 5.I hope I will get my biometrics appointment letter before march!

We also go a RFE for medical this week - they give you 87 days

I just wrote the Romanian embassy hoping they may have a copy of the medical - he called last night to the medical place when he had his exam - and they do not keep copies. It was next to impossible to get his shot records in Romania - as he had to obtain them from his grade school nurse

The RFE stated they wanted a copy of the DS-2053 completed or I-693 from the civil surgeon completed.

Hey guys - how was it that some people got their case transfered to CSC without having completed the Biometrics?

Now that our biometrics are down I see that GC and EAD were touched yesterday the day we went to ASC, and now just hoping ours gets transfered to CSC so we have no interview or any delays...

I just had my biometrics done earlier! I am glad that I could do them a little bit earlier!I just checked my portofolio and the I-&^% and I-485 were not touched even though she scanned them...that's weird!Good luck everyone!

You can try and ask your husbund's Family Physician where you can find the record of his shots in the city where he lived in Romania. I did the same thing ( my mom asked the family physician )and if was really easy to locate them and get a copy. My mom scanned the copy and I got it the same day. So don't be scared because it is really easy to get them you just need the information. With that you will go to the CS and get the rest done.Good luck!

Hello all. I tried to add all three case numbers in my uscis website account but it wouldn't let me. Any ideas? I used the receipt numbers as instructed on how to add in portfolio but still not working. Thanks in advance for any thoughts how. (F)

Yes it gives an error message.

It's likely that your case isn't online yet. Some people have waited a while for their case to be online. You can try calling USCIS.
