Yup, you'll just wait for their update that your greencard has been approved and it's in the mail. That is, unless the CSC found something strange and kicks it back to the USCIS center for an interview, which I hope won't happen :thumbs:

Oh and did you have your biometrics already? If you have, I think it also means your EAD could be approved very soon, too, because they use your fingerprints for your EAD. Mine, sadly, isn't for another 2 weeks!

My EAD card came in the mail today!!! :D My picture (from biometrics) actually turned out really great - haha, what a surprise! My ID pictures never turn out good XD

Will send my RFE today! :) I read a persons testimony from ATL GA that their GC is only 3 mos in process and no interview. Wish mine too. :) Most of my filipina friend here didn't have interview. So who knows ^^

Thanks Arbind/A and Tina/R. Ok will keep my fingers crossed for the biometrics appointment letter. If the letter doesn't show up today I will call USCIS tomorrow. I just read elsewhere the biometrics letter can come anywhere from days to weeks after a touch so that gives me a little more hope.

January 13, 2010: - Chicago received AOS packet

January 19, 2010: - Received 3 NOA email

January 20, 2010: - Check cashed[/color]

January 22, 2010: - Received 3 NOA hardcopies in the mail1st touch I-485, I-765 & I-131

February 01, 2010: - Touch - I-765 (EAD)

February 08, 2010: - Touch - I-485

February 08, 2010: - Case moved to CSC

February 13, 2010: - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (After a long wait!)

February 15, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & received e-mail that case is now pending

March 09, 2010: - Biometrics completed, Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 10, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 17, 2010: - EAD Card Production, Touch - I-131 (AP) & I-1765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Received AP in mail

March 25, 2010: - Received EAD in mail

April 02,14,15, and 21 2010: - Touch - I-485

April 21, 2010: - Green Card Production ordered!, Welcome letter/NOA April 24

April 29, 2010: - FINALLY!!!! Received Green Card in hand!

We just got back from the ASC office in NYC and everything went well. The worse part was waiting in line to get into the building because we had to do an airport style security check which took nearly 25 mins! Once we got to the BioMetrics Appt room we showed them the letter and State ID, the lady gave my wife a form to fill out and then after she completed she did her fingerprints and officer scanned the barcode on the note and stamped it...all of that took a total of 10 mins!!!

So anyone that is in NYC I def recommend a walk-in if you can do it as they didn't even pay attention to the date on the letter...good luck to the rest!

Now we sit and just wait for EAD, AP and hopefully no interview for GC!

Yes! I did an early walk-in at the same address 201 varick street, and had no problem. I had the exact same steps as DND2009 had, except there was a short line before the security check.

YAY!! My case has been transferred to CSC!!! :dance: :dance:
Got an email update about my I-485. Looks like its being moved to California Service Center. Hope that's a good thing. Still haven't got the biometrics appointment letter for the EAD. That was last touched a few days ago. May have to call and find out if they already sent the letter out.
